Hi there and welcome to my blog’s 100th version. Every spring I get the urge to freshen up my blog and this year I’ve made a huge step forward. I quit Blogger and after countless hours and email conversations I’ve now managed to set up my new blog. I couldn’t be happier because the second I switched off from Blogger, my picture and text quality got so much better. Can you tell? Over the years I’ve tried to fix this issue with numerous different actions but nothing ever worked so I am over the moon to now finally can see the actual quality here too. Now I’m feeling so motivated to take new pictures and I’ve decided to only post camera photos here from now on. No phone snapshots anymore haha. But I will post everything to my Instagram stories now so make sure that you are following me there (https://www.instagram.com/liispaalits/).
These past almost days have been fun. A lot has happened and I’ve done a lot of fun things which I am super grateful for. I can feel this being THE year for me because I’ve already created a lot of good memories from this year. I had a lovely spring vacation and I’m officially DONE with school for this academic year. Ok, I still have to finish some homework but no school sessions anymore. It’s crazy to think that only one more year and then it’s all done. I just can’t imagine my life without the uni life anymore haha. But it’s good and I am definitely excited to get done with it next spring.
On Saturday we took a little exploring day for us and headed to Pärnu with my boyfriend. We both hadn’t really explored the city before so it was quite exciting. The city seemed pretty empty tho because there was hardly any people walking on the streets. At the same time we really liked it because you can’t get that same situation happening in Tallinn. Like pretty much never. Overall it was a beautiful city and I think we’ll definitely go back in the summer when the city actually lives. I do have to say that even though I liked the small city vibes I am so much more of a big city girl.
“There’s no place like my current hometown and if anything I would like to live in an even bigger city.”
The other really funny thing that I experienced that day was the way that people looked at me because of my outfit haha. I guess it’s not a usual thing to wear something like this there but I truly enjoyed myself and this was a perfect outfit for this weather. I actually love to wear ankle boots and yesterday I rocked these ones for the second time I think. I’ve fallen in love with them again and my heart is always stopping for some cool outstanding boots. Right now I’m on a mission of finding the perfect pair of boots in red. You know when you have the exact image in your head – that’s what I’m trying to find at the moment. I’ll let you know when I do!I hope you had a lovely May Day and that this month will bring a lot of goodness to all of us. Oh, and please let me know your opinion about my new blog layout. I would love to know what you think because if there’s anything I can do to make your reading experience better I’d like to do it! I’m sooo happy to be back! xx
